QueerTech, in collaboration with Fondation Emergence, is proud to offer a 2SLGBTQ+ Allyship Training. This 75-minute training is designed to equip you and your company with the tools and knowledge to create inclusive and supportive environments for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Throughout the training, we cover a range of important topics, including:

• Definition of the 2SLGBTQQIPA;
• Become familiar with the vocabulary related to sexual and gender identity;
• Understand the different Pronouns and why they are important;
• Exploring the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace;
• Best practices for becoming a better ally;

Our goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of 2SLGBTQ+ issues and experiences and provide practical strategies for creating more inclusive workplaces.

The 2SLGBTQ+ Allyship Training is available at no additional fees to all employees of corporate members of QueerTech. As part of our commitment to promoting allyship and inclusion in the workplace, we believe this training can be a valuable resource for employees of all levels.

Employees must sign up using their corporate email address to access the training. This ensures that only authorized individuals can participate in the training and helps us to maintain the security and integrity of our training.
